Don't sweat it, we'll do the
Whether you are building new or remodeling, hardwood flooring can define the space you envision. When you choose us, you can rest assured we will use the best materials available and exceed industry standards to ensure a long lasting floor to be proud of.
If your hardwood floors have seen better days we are here to help. Traditionally refinishing hardwood floors has been a dusty smelly mess. To address the dust, we’ve invested in a powerful dust containment system that is connected to each sander to capture virtually all of the dust at the source. Using water-based finishes has helped to cut down on the odor, while being more durable and faster curing than oil based finishes. Oil finishes are still available by request, but be aware that drying and curing times are longer. We also offer hardwax oil finishes, which are low VOC penetrating finishes that give a nice matte appearance while highlighting the natural beauty of the wood.
Accidents happen, and when they do, rest assured we can restore your floor to it’s former glory. Our repairs are laced into the existing flooring using like materials to ensure a seamless blend.
As your floor ages, wear and tear breaks down the finish protecting the wood beneath. The recoat process consists of aggressively cleaning the floor, followed by buffing with fine sandpaper, and applying a new coat of finish to continue to protect the wood beneath.
Site Finished Hardwood
Sanded and finished on site, the most customizable flooring option available. Flooring will be sanded flat for easy cleaning, and can be finished natural or stained. We offer a variety of durable, low maintenance, finishing options.
Factory finished hardwood that is ready for use immediately after installation. Prefinished hardwood can typically be completed faster than site finished flooring but is not as easily customized to your needs.
Engineered hardwood is basically a multi-ply backing with real hardwood applied to the surface. Engineered flooring is more stable than solid flooring so it can minimize seasonal expansion and contraction on wide plank floors. It is also ideal for installing over radiant heat or glued to concrete.
